Payments Methods:
There are three payment options here. Such as Cash on Delivery, bKash, DBBL Mobile Banking.
About any hidden costs or VATs:
No. There are no hidden costs or VATs here. You don’t have to pay more or less than the price written on your order receipt.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
Customers need not pay online regarding the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method. They have to pay the bill at the time of receiving the products. The bill should be the payment to the delivery man. Cash on Delivery is only available in Dhaka City.
Payment by using Bkash:
Customers can make payments by using bKash through personal bKash numbers or any Agent bKash numbers. Transaction information should be included while checking out your ordered products from the site.
Payment by using DBBL Mobile Banking:
Customers also can pay by using their own DBBL Mobile Banking account easily after checking out by ordered products online.
Shipping Or Delivery Method:
Normally It will take up to 3-5 working days to ship an order.
Getting the products outside Dhaka City:
You can get products outside Dhaka City by courier services. In this case, the shipping charge will be ( as per the weight of the products & customer area) paid with the advance payment of the order.
Getting the products from the office or outlet:
Yes. You can get your products from the office. But you have to contact before coming to the office. Please call the helpline: 01712996670.
Shipping charge inside Dhaka City:
50 Taka (if the order amount is 500 Taka to 3000 Taka)
Free shipping for an order amount of more than 3000 Taka
Shipping charge outside Dhaka City:
100-500 Taka (based on the order quantity & weight)
Free shipping for an order amount of more than 5000 Taka.
